Microphone Blocker & Guard requires Android 5.0 or higher. The installation uses approximately 10 MB of storage. Root access is not required for core functionality. The mod does not add any new permissions.

The mod's Pro unlock is persistent but may revert if the app's data is cleared. The Deep Detective scan relies on the app's internal definitions, which are not modified. Microphone Blocker & Guard cannot block system-level or kernel-level spyware that operates below the Android permission layer.
