This diep.io Mod mod requires Android 4.0.3 or higher. It does not require root access. The installation file is approximately 20 MB, with additional data download required on first launch.
Installation follows the standard sideload process for modified APK files. First, enable installation from unknown sources in the device security settings. Second, download the mod APK file.
